I had a highly disappointing experience at Arora Sweets, Bettiah, due to extremely poor service by Mr. Vikram. I ordered chilli potato, which was served completely cold. The same issue happened with the noodles—they were also cold and were served without vinegar or other basic condiments. Initially, even drinking water was not served, which is basic hospitality. The worst part was when I ordered a virgin mojito. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, Mr. Vikram refused to serve it and cancelled the order without any proper explanation. Such careless and unprofessional service is not at all expected from a reputed outlet like Arora Sweets. This experience seriously affected my impression, and I hope the management takes immediate action to improve the service standard. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Extortionate interest of your fist is even better than that of the staff here, Sweets were taken in my sister's wedding And I have also done Samosa here 2-3 times, I liked it very much.
