Today I visited this resort with my colleagues, and while the place itself is beautiful and very photogenic, our overall experience was disappointing. We ordered the til pork and butter chicken, and neither dish was up to par. The til pork was unexpectedly bitter, which completely ruined the flavor, and the butter chicken was way too sweet, almost like it had too much sugar. On top of that, we were never provided with water glasses, which seems like a basic expectation. To make things worse, the staff wasn’t very cooperative, and it was hard to get their attention when we needed something. It’s a shame because the setting was lovely, but unfortunately, the food and service didn’t match the ambiance. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience."

Aroohan Serenity Resort – A Beautiful Escape Amidst Nature My experience at Aroohan Serenity Resort was good with a stunning view of the Brahmaputra River. Every dish we tried was delicious, from the Chicken Jahapana and Paneer Tikka Masala to the flavorful Naan and Chili Chicken. The coffee was great too, adding to the overall dining experience. The Arowana, their unique boat-shaped restaurant was good n cozy cabanas perfect for families. Childrens park and animals and farm . Maintenance is an area that needs attention. The dining table we used had a broken glass top, and there were open dogs roaming near the dining area, which was slightly concerning. . With a bit more focus on maintenance, it could easily become a 5-star experience. For now, I’d rate it 4 stars. Service: 4

Love the place its a True Serene ambience (detox and relaxation ) adequate parking facility ( better to bring own car ) slight transporation issue from Guwahati. Room was nice and they have adequate staff . (First day went for kaya king 3/5 rating ) Dinner was served in room on time piping hot in a hot case ( homely feeling ). Need Improvement - Online booking , reception doesnot pick up intercom phone . Terrace accessible but not cleaned . Service: 4
