I got a voucher from growels mall which says that I will get a free cappuccino coffee. We went there and given that voucher to them they were laughing giving a bad look and laughing treating us like a beggar. When we were sitting one of the guy told us to not sit on that table as there were not a single customer and told us sit somewhere else. My mother was senior citizen there were water bottle which was already there we thought normally there at any other outlet so we drink it as mother was not feeling well. Staff is pathetic. Afterwards when we went out after having coffee one guy run towards us and told us to pay 55 rupees for water bottle. Seriously when they know the bottle is chargeable why they have kept there they should keep inside. We were unaware of that why they have not kept the normal water on the table as every outlet kept it. I must say first of all we got rewarded and coffee was free the way they were treating us is pathetic. This is the way how you treat your customers. Extremely worst service, they have charged 55 rs for water bottle as we were unaware it's your mistake you should keep normal water on the table so that customer can drink. We don't have change we have given 500 rs as we don't have change. They were like they also dont have change they asked us to give change we said we don't have change they have kept us waiting there as we don't have change somehow we have given the amount and we went from there. My dine in: 14 and bill nos is 6519 on 24 jan 2023 at growels mall aromas Cafe & bistro. Why you kept the chargable water bottle on the table. Extremely disappointed by your services and forced us to pay the amount for it as we were unaware. Always taking longer time to serve. Always gossiping when we have a voucher how can they treat in bad way. I have visited 2time they have given same treatment. They differentiate with people and made them feel uncomfortable. I will never suggest this place and inform everyone to not visit this place by saying them how you treat your customer and never visit this place. Extremely worst service if voucher was not there with us then I would never ever visit this place for sure. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400
