Recently I visited this bakery. It is maintained very clean. Their products like biscuits, coconut bun, cakes, tea, coffee etc are very good in quality. One must taste cashew pakkoda here. It is awesome. The price is also reasonable compare to other restaurants nearby. Plenty of growth opportunity waiting for them if they maintain same quality and service. Ambience also good. My order of the boost was a complete miss - I have never encountered such a taste before, and when I raised my concern, the response was quite cold, with a firm stance on charging me regardless. Customer service and flexibility are essential in the food industry, and it's disheartening to see them lacking at Aroma Bakery.
