Came here and got seat at 2 PM, ordered 2 biriyani for avoiding delay(told 5 minutes only it will take) .Now its 2.30 and still waiting. Too much delay and the restaurant will spoil your days planing. Service: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Food Quality is not up to mark compare to the other Arippa. No taste at all. Parking is also a concern for this restaurant. We had an unfortunately disappointing experience at Arippa Pallimukku during our first visit for lunch. We placed our order for fish curry meals, squid roast, porotta, biriyani, and pineapple lime. After about 10 minutes, the waiter informed us that fish curry meals were no longer available. A few minutes later, we were also told that squid roast was not available either. This constant back-and-forth clearly reflected poor coordination and miscommunication, which spoiled the dining experience for us. Adding to this, it was extremely difficult to find proper parking around the restaurant, making it quite inconvenient. Because of these issues, we finally decided to leave without eating and only drank pineapple lime. On the positive side, the waiter attending to us was polite, well-behaved, and handled the situation as best as he could, which we really appreciate. Hoping this was just an off day and not the usual experience here. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
