it was just a normal vanilla cake, no white chocolate shavings nothing was there just a plain vanilla cake

The cake was half smashed when it arrived. Should think of a way packaging which doesn’t disturb the cake.

Terrible! Pathetic! We ordered the cake from cake fizz and first crush claims to be the local partner. First they lack professionalism. The lady who answered says you take it or leave it we cannot do anything about your issues. It's a birthday cake which gets delivered the next day and the excuse they use is thay it was raining and no notification sent to us. Although we had another company delivered last night. I think first crush has their own rain clouds hired to make stupid excuses to CX. Secondly the cake comes with no message...so nice right.. birthday cake with no message. And the lady says that's our headache we will do what we want. These kind of companies should better not run of cannot provide service being in customer service industry. The lady spoke with so much of attitude. Never ever recommending this to anyone, incase you wanna risk your mood and celebration and day ..order at your own risk.
