Room service is very poor Also there are was no supporting staff for help while checking out Every facility to be provided is to be asked even the hot water Meanwhile food and location was good We look for more good service from you

Thanks for your feedback! Sorry about the cold water hiccup . Due to chilly mornings, hot water takes a bit to heat up especially when room is shared by more than two people one needs to wait to take shower. Rest will definitely improve our service

I recently stayed at AranyaVilas and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.From Rajan Jain , Rajni Jain , Minal ,Noble and Tanu
