We went on 11 May 2025 and there was lot of waiting so waiter told us wait for 15 min but from 15 min to 30 min and it become 1 hr but the waiter did not called us rather 3 families who were behind us got their chance and then we told the waiter tht when will our chance come but waiter said "u see so much waiting here mam we can't get ur table" so we called the manager but the manager was soooo rude to us after soooo much chaos we got our table and we were waiting on table for our food but it was getting sooo late the waiter was not coming so we asked the manager again and complained wt is this we are waiting almost 2 hr and ur food is still not arrived but manager was again so rude so we left My experience from here was horrible the staff was very disrespectful they wasted like 2 hr of our Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Small piece of Banana leaf with black scars in the plate - why? If you don’t have banana leaf just don’t put it - No formalities pls. Taste is good but table order service planning needs to be educated to the staff !!! Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

I went to have lunch, before closing time. And I ordered maisur uttapam. They served me with very poor cooking uttapam. When I take the 1st bite of uttapam, the potatoes are not properly steamed.. 1st I just ignore... But after that I was taking 3-4 bits of it, all the potatoes were not steamed properly. So, I told the waiter about it, then she said that the seif goan.. so asking her to call the manager then she said he is also goan... So, I have no option to raise my complaint to anyone.. after that the waiter gave me a barcode for payment, for this kind of food.. And I was paid too... So, the point is that, this kind of service and food quality is served by them to customers. And zero level of customer satisfaction. My point is that if they can't provide the proper food at that time, they simply deny to customers but not done just like that. Very poor experience. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
