**Worst Experience Ever - Disrespectful Staff** I visited this restaurant with my family for lunch and ordered garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, and chili chicken. To my surprise, they served us plain naan instead of garlic. We didn’t notice the error until we had started our meal. When I pointed out the mistake and asked for the garlic naan we originally ordered, the staff member insisted that we were served garlic naan. I politely asked him to check my naan for any garlic pieces, as it was clearly plain butter naan. Instead of resolving the issue, he continued to argue and behaved rudely. Even after I requested him to simply take the order, he went back to the reception area, turned off the fan we had asked for, and began laughing with other staff members and the manager. To make matters worse, the manager didn’t bother to intervene but laughed along, clearly lacking basic courtesy. If a restaurant cannot maintain professionalism and respect for its customers, it has no business being in the hospitality industry.
