Mam we serve multiple customers daily and all batch are checked thoroughly before serving & we keep cctv recording of same upto 90 days. However you can call us directly if we find complaint geniune we will refund or send replacement. Mam we just don't serve online we also serve offline and when food was sent to you same time many people were eating in restaurant from same batch and none of them complaint. Please do visit restaurant or share number so we can share CCTV proof for the same.
