Worst experience of my life. The hotel should seriously reconsider its operations. I wasted more than an hour after placing a food order, only to be told later that no food was available. The staff’s behavior was extremely poor and unprofessional, making the entire experience even worse. Highly disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone.
