I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Arab skew . The chicken I ordered was shockingly rotten, which was unacceptable. However, what made it worse was the bill manager's rude behavior. When we brought the issue to his attention and asked him to smell the chicken, he arrogantly dismissed our concern, saying "it's butter, don't you know the smell of that?" This condescending attitude was appalling. The combination of subpar food quality and poor customer service makes it unlikely that I'll return to AlFam. I expect better quality control and customer service from any establishment, and AlFam fell far short of my expectations. Food: 1 Service: 1
