So, I tried shawarma for the first time today. I read somewhere that Ar-Han-Thai first introduced shawarma in Kolkata so I decided to give it a go.I ordered chicken shawarma which was priced Rs. 225.The pita bread was soft. The quantity of the filling was huge. The amalgamation of gooey sour cream sauce and the smokey flavour of the chicken hit every spot of the tastebuds. I loved it. (4/5)Staffs : while the food I ate was tasty what disappointed me was - when I asked the staff if it would stay warm for half an hour, he told me it will for 2 hours. when he gave me the parcel, I could feel that it was already mild warm so of course when I ate after half an hour it was stone cold. He could have been honest to me. (2/5)

Chicken salad is gud if you eat there with lots of chicken.... But when you order for... TAKE AWAY... THERE IS HARDLY ANY CHICKEN.......... i stopped going there.....

It has been a long time since I had tried Shawarma from Ar Han Thai.... so thought about giving another try while I was at the South City Spencers... The shawarma was served along with green chutney , chillies and onion pieces... the food was good with ample chicken and a nice bread wrapping the filling consisting of chicken , vegetables and mayonnaise... though it was quite good I felt my previous experience with the shawarma at this place was better , and the flavour was missing this time ! Overall a nice experience...would visit again ... :)
