Worst experience. Highly unprofessional staff. Park Aqua, Park Street has shockingly unprofessional staff who don’t listen to customers at all. Instead of resolving issues, they often respond with rude behavior, threats, and even verbal abuse. The funniest (and saddest) part is that management clearly encourages this behavior. There is no grievance number, no complaint ID, and no proper system to raise concerns. Complaints are simply brushed aside, as if customer feedback doesn’t matter. After paying a premium, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect for customers. Strongly not recommended. Avoid.
