Disappointing Quality - Needs Serious Improvement I recently visited Apsara Sweets, Kozhikodan Halwa Sangam, and purchased 3 kg of Banana Chips and 3 kg of Halwa to share with family and friends back in Hyderabad. I specifically mentioned to the shopkeeper that these items were meant to reflect the authentic taste of Kerala. However, I was extremely disappointed to receive complaints from my family and friends about finding stones in the Banana Chips. This was a major letdown and quite embarrassing for me, as I had hoped to share a taste of Kerala with them. The presence of stones in the chips is unacceptable and indicates a serious lack of quality control. Such experiences can leave a lasting negative impression, and I strongly advise the management to prioritize the quality of their products and ensure such issues do not occur in the future. Until significant improvements are made, I would not recommend buying Banana Chips from this place. Quality and customer satisfaction should always come first, especially for a brand that aims to represent the flavors of Kerala.
