The only reason I wanna rate this place as 1 star as the employee misbehaved with a lady customer! Not sure if the company does any kind of background checks. The employee DINESH KUMAR was pushing me to buy only the bigger box, and when I didn’t, was very rude. I would request ladies to not go to this place as the employee doesn’t know how to behave when you are reluctant to buy what he wants you to. Additionally, when I told him I am gonna put a bad review, he bluntly told me to go ahead! When I even showed him that how can you refuse for a smaller size because when I checked zomato, it did allow me to place my order, he told me to go and book via zomato! I hope Apsara Ice creams hire people after relevant background checks as such kind of people are unsafe
