Apsara Ice Cream, Shop No. 10, Ground flr Natraj Borivali HSg. Soc, Sodawala Ln, Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400091 I am a regular customer of Apsara Ice Cream. Today 12 June 2025 I ordered a small scope of Vanila Ice Cream for my 5 year old son. After eating 2 spoons of ice cream my son denied to eat it further. On tasting the ice cream myself I realised that the taste was off. On enquiring the manager tasted and accepted that the taste is different as the vanila essence flavour was high. On requesting them to change the ice cream with some other flavour, the manager refused to do so. Very disappointed we just left the outlet as customer service wasn't their policy. Requesting the owner to please maintain consistency of the flavours served at their outlet.

Very very sad experience ! The guy name Shobhit Singh was not giving us to taste. He allowed only , 2 flavours each, between 3 of us! And that too used same spoon back and front to taste between two people! When we asked for more he was very rouse and bluntly said no more tasting! When we questioned him , one more customer sitting there said she was denied tasting completely !! The staff there were least interested in what was happening and not helpful at all !! Your ice creams are wonderful but your in shop experience is disgusting !!!
