"Appu Mess – A Hidden Gem for Early Risers! While most people rave about the poori at Appu Mess, my personal favorite is the pongal. What sets their pongal apart is the generous amount of cashews they add, a taste that even five-star hotels can't quite match! And all of this comes at an affordable price. They’re also flexible with the quantity—sometimes giving extra, unlike many places that insist you buy a full set. One of the best things about Appu Mess is that it’s an early morning spot. You can get a delicious breakfast as early as 6:30 AM, but be sure to arrive early, because by 8:00 AM, everything is usually sold out!
