At sarath city mall I purchased cold coffee for Rs 158 today. bill is attached I was given cold coffee at room temperature. When I complained , the lady took it back & added ice cubes & gave it back When I told her that she should use cold mik, she said that she does not have cold mik at all What I got was diluted coffee like liquid & I feel cheated I wanted refund which the lady refused. She had no asnwer when I asked her how cold coffee order was taken when there was no chiiled milk with her. Please refund my money as I could not consume what was offerd & it certianly is not cold coffee Srinivas
