I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Applebee restaurant with my wife yesterday. We went in with high hopes, expecting great service alongside our meal. To our surprise, the owner, who we initially thought was there to ensure customer satisfaction, displayed an attitude that was unacceptable. We ordered two alfahm quarters with romali rotti. While the food was decent, it did not meet our expectations. We also ordered mint lime, which we always enjoy after our meal. The server took our order, but by the time I returned from washing my hands, my wife was outside saying they didn't have any fresh lime. When we went to the counter to inquire about our bill, the staff seemed uninterested. I asked why they accepted our mint lime order without having fresh lime, but he just arrogantly questioned whether we received any. Our bill came to 430 rupees, and when my wife tried to pay using Google Pay, he snatched her phone without her consent to take a picture of the payment screen. His behavior was completely unacceptable, and I was shocked by his arrogance. After leaving, we noticed a traveler in the parking lot and concluded that the staff was prioritizing them over us.Hello Mister, we entered your restaurant with high expectations, and if you can't even serve two customers with a smile, how can you manage a larger crowd?
