Recently ordered 3 Egg briyani and 1 lollypop through swiggy. We found a fly in the briyani which is not acceptable at all. This brings questions about their hygiene service to customers. Chicken lollypop was also not fresh, felt like old stock. Completely frustrated with Appans.
