Here's a professional yet firm way to write a negative review for the bar/restaurant: --- Review: (1 Star) I had a very disappointing experience here. The starters were of extremely poor quality — far below what you'd expect, especially considering the high prices they charge (comparable to top-tier restaurants). Service was equally bad: staff seemed disinterested and untrained. To make things worse, the bathroom had no water to wash hands — a basic hygiene necessity. This clearly reflects poor management, not just an off day. If you're charging premium prices, basic standards of food quality, service, and hygiene must be met.
