The competent staff meets you at this restaurant all year round. Visitors mention that the service is terrific here. When you enter this place, pay your attention to the calm atmosphere. But people rate Apni nighi rasoi below average on Google.
I recently visited Apni Nighi Rasoi and, unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. I ordered an aloo pyaaz Amritsari kulcha for 70 rupees, and while the taste was decent, it didn't stand out as exceptional. I’ve had better kulchas at other places for a similar price, which left me a bit disappointed. One significant issue was the service; the owner seemed a bit lacking in customer service skills, which contributed to a less welcoming atmosphere. The place itself is quite small and can feel cramped, making it hard to enjoy your meal comfortably. To add to my concerns, I spotted a mouse running across the floor during my visit – that was quite alarming and raised serious hygiene issues. It also struck me that there wasn't a handwashing station available, which is essential for any dining establishment. On the positive side, I did notice that they use plastic utensils, which is a good step towards being more environmentally friendly, but it doesn't completely make up for the other shortcomings. The taste of the kulcha was okay, but without improvements in cleanliness and customer service, I don't think I would recommend this place to others. Overall, Apni Nighi Rasoi has potential, but significant improvements are needed to elevate the dining experience. I hope they can address these issues because a little effort could go a long way Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1
