To clarify, fraud involves taking money without delivering the promised product or service. In this case, the food was indeed delivered. For an order worth ₹240, no restaurant in Bangalore has the intention or luxury to waste time or compromise integrity. When you contacted the owner, he politely offered to replace the food. However, you mentioned that your location was quite far from the restaurant, making a replacement difficult. He then requested you to raise a refund request through Zomato, but you expressed unfamiliarity with the process. Despite being in his native place at the time, he assured you that he would try to resolve the matter once he returned the next day. Please note, your call came at 10:15 PM — a time when most businesses are closed or winding down for the day. We understand that food preferences and taste are subjective. While it's easy to leave a one-star rating on Google, it’s important to recognize the genuine effort and hard work that goes into preparing and delivering every meal.
