The chef at Apni Dhani cooks tasty vada, roti and salads. You can order good jalebi.
This place is recommended for the creative staff. A number of visitors have noticed that the service is prompt. Also, guests recommend this spot because of fair prices. But sadly, Facebook users who have visited this restaurant rate it below average.

OUTRIGHT CHEATING -
I have written the title in Capitals so that more and more people read this review and save their time and money.
P.S. - I am giving this 1 star because there is no option to give 0 stars.
On the long weekend of 26-28 January 2018, my husband and I along with our 5 month old baby and a friend had visited Udaipur. After going through the website of Apni Dhani, we were super excited to try their Menu. We were very hungry already but still decided to travel to the outskirts of the city just to have a "Chokhi Dhani" like experience. THIS WAS THE WORST DECISION EVER!
When we reached Apni Dhani, this is what happened -
- No welcome, no puppet show etc was going on. Basically nothing was there except a ground full of drunk people dancing and eating.
- Some private party with booze going on
- We were asked to pay first
- We were made to sit in the "so-called restaurant" and served DISPOSABLE DISHES!!!!
- The food was served and to our utter shock, nothing that was written in the Menu was on our plate. They served us Paneer Sabji. Can you believe eating Paneer Sabji in an authentic Rajasthani set-up! They did not even have pickles, raita and papad !
This is what happened next -
We summoned the Manager, who sent some one else in his place TWICE! It was very evident that the guy was not the Manager. We asked them to call the real Manager. After about 10 minutes of wait - enters the Manager with a smiling face and a polite voice. He pretended to be apologetic and gave the excuse that as there was a party, the food was different. They could have told us the same thing before asking for money in advance. After we argued, they served us with one more sweet. He realised we were not fool enough to take his story, so then he offered to give us some amount as refund! So much high-handedness and shallowness altogether. He also offered us to come back the other day for free lunch.
We were not there for freebies, we were simply there for the Rajasthani experience! We outrightly denied, took the PARTIAL refund, with our stomachs partly filled and left from there, totally disheartened.
I have never experienced such a pathetic and unprofessional food place ever!
