How can you even rate this place as 5 when the team is being so pathetic, no response to the guest, and no hygiene is maintained? I have been visiting the TeaPost across various locations, but this is the worst one. I must say that people should think twice before visiting the place. The franchise model will erase the professional standards of the tea post most. Worst team members, worst place I had ever visited, and yet even they deserve 0 stars. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at T Post. The staff was extremely unprofessional and behaved rudely when I asked for help. Instead of resolving my issue, they responded with a bad attitude and made me feel like I was bothering them. Basic courtesy and respect were completely lacking.
