Apni Bakery is undeniably one of the most popular spots for cakes and bakery products in Dhule City, and it’s easy to see why. They offer a wide variety of items like cakes, pastries, cream rolls, nan khatais (Cookies), different types of breads, and much more. The taste of their products is genuinely good and worth appreciating. However, my main concern lies with their hygiene practices. While visiting, I noticed that their production process seemed quite unhygienic. The shop also lacked proper cleanliness, especially near the billing counter, where there was a pile of dirty bread storage racks and molds. Additionally, their product packaging does not mention any nutritional information, which might be because they are selling as convenience goods. Despite these shortcomings, Apni Bakery remains a favorite for many, but I believe addressing these hygiene and cleanliness issues would greatly enhance their reputation and provide customers with a better experience.
