Bought sweet from annapurna branch. When i served it found insect in the shahi doda sweet when i informed the manager there his reply was very rude and said it is normal thing and giving examples like what you do if this happens at cloth shop or anywhere else. And ended the call

Apna Sweets, Sapna Sangeet, Indore – Extremely Disappointing Experience! 1 Star (because there's no option for zero) नाम बड़े और दर्शन छोटे – this phrase perfectly fits Apna Sweets, Sapna Sangeet branch in Indore. I had heard a lot about Apna Sweets, but the experience was absolutely pathetic. The food was tasteless, stale, and clearly not fresh. The sweets lacked the authentic flavor they're known for, and the snacks were oily and bland. Even the presentation was poor – unhygienic and unappealing. Staff behavior was rude and indifferent, like they’re doing us a favor by serving. Cleanliness? Don’t even ask – tables were dirty, trays were sticky, and the place lacked basic hygiene. Overall, a complete waste of money and mood. This branch is ruining the reputation of the brand. Not recommended at all. You’re better off choosing any local shop rather than this overrated mess.
