Extremely poor hygiene, misleading food, and worst service experience at Apna Sweets, Sapna Sangeeta, Indore. At first, we went to the 2nd floor (kitchen & dine-in area) to place the order, but were told to go back to the ground floor to get a prepaid token and then return again. This was very inconvenient and poorly managed. I ordered Fried Idli, Boondi Raita, and Butter Khichdi. • Found a hair piece in the boondi raita. It was replaced, but the taste was incorrect and overly sweet. Even after another replacement, it was still bad. • The fried idli served was just deep-fried idlis with sambhar, which is not what fried idli usually means. • The butter khichdi took around 30 minutes to prepare. • Service was poor — had to call the waiter multiple times before anyone came. Hygiene issues, bad service, and poor coordination completely ruined the experience. I strongly suggest not visiting this outlet. Very disappointing.
