Sadly, if you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is creative at this restaurant. Decent service is something that visitors would like to improve here. Guests leave negative reviews because the atmosphere is appalling. Apana Restaurant hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

There are few good and bad points about the restaurant: 1) Food was great. And quantity too was appreciable. But: 1) You have to pay first, collect token and then the order comes but there is a catch. Every time you order while eating you have to leave in between your food and again go ahead order and collect token. For us, it was a little more pathetic when they were way too late to bring the Jeera rice along with other items and worst, they forgot to add Fried rice in the bill and then we were asked to order something else. We had to order onion salad which was not even complimentary. Service was way too slow… we kept waiting for our food. Being on the highway its quite expected that people can smoke cigarettes but somehow there was no sign and we were not even allowed to smoke outside the restaurant in the parking space as well. Overall the experience was not too bad not too good. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
