It was one of most worst experience for dining. We wear a group of 15 ppl for a bday celebration it was ruined. Service was worst starters wear served so late that it was almost main couse time. Veg starters were not served on time. Main couse was on the toss it was served so late after long hr waiting. Plates were not placed, no salad were offered not even a bowl was given for dal. All food was not served together. Very bad experience & will not recommend anyone to celebrate their special day. We had called the manager but he was not available even after many reminders. Only 1 waiter was their for all the tables of the restaurant. Food was also very bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very bad experience with this restaurant. Tye service was very slow. Only one staff was serving and it took around 2 hrs to complete the meal. We waited for more than 40 mins for the second veg starter . It came with the main course. They didn't even clear the table after requesting several times. There were less staffs in kitchen area as well. There was some issues with the billing as well. They charged extra for unserved items. They were not serving Ro water and selling half litre water for Rs 50. The furniture were dirty as well. Table top was voweling as well. We kept asking the waiter to call the manager but he didn't turn up. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Heard about a phrase " naam bade aur darshan chote". Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, and even after a long wait, the food served was below average in both taste, quantity and quality. To make matters worse, the bill included charges for extra items that were never served to us. This felt unfair and unprofessional. 500 ml water was charged Rs 50 plus gst. Overall, the experience did not justify the price, and I would not recommend this place unless there are serious improvements in service, food quality, and billing transparency. (Ordered 2 rice - charged for 3,. Ordered 3 Chicken main course but charged for 4, ordered 5 haara bhara kebab but charged for 6, similarly for other items ).
