‘Anokha Swad’ is a cloud kitchen located in Shivaji Nagar. They specialises in delivering Rajasthani food. I’ve ordered a ‘Dal-Bati’ Thali from this place recently. The thali consists of 3 pieces of bati, Dal, churma and gatte ki sbji. Along with that, they send desi ghee and sugar in separate box which I liked it. The food was good as it was enriched with goodness of ghee. It literally brings out the Rajasthani flavour. Dal was thick and tasty. On the other hand, churma was delish. Yes, even gatte ki sbji was perfect. For the portion size they deliver, it was total value for money.

- I have been a fan of Rajasthani food but not all hve that authentic taste. But Anokha Swaad surely has the traditional flavours from Rajasthan. I tried , . . The pack came with loads of ghee which I relished with Baati Choorma. Baati was not hard at all. Crisp from outside and soft from inside. Gatte ki sabji was so nice. I canned it all in one go. A true extravaganza to my memories from Rajasthan. I only wish if there was more dal and gatte ki sabji, was craving for it but I think I will order again. I saved a bit of choorma for dessert after dinner. It was so yummm.
