I came here with a friend and when ordering the Staff lied to us about the level of spice in the food, my friend had asked if any of the curries didn’t have spice at all and the staff member suggested a Cashew Masala or a Paneer Butter Masala. We understood of course there would be some sort of spice to the food.. We are in India after all. We ordered 2 serves of rice and a garlic naan each and also a Kashmiri naan. The curries came out and they were extremely spicey, so Spicey my friend was having a reaction to the food. I can tolerate spice but this was on another level, it was like they made it extra spicey? It was bizarre. They forgot our 2nd serve of rice and took a long time to bring out the naans. I asked for the 2nd serve of rice and the staff member went out the back and grabbed it for us. Upon completion of the meal the bill came to 600 rupees. I gave 600 rupees in cash exactly to the amount and I could tell the staff were not pleased that I didn’t leave a tip and the staff member I gave the money was huffing and puffing throwing his hands in the air. Upon leaving I walked straight up to him and asked what was the problem? And he replied ‘ no problem ‘ it was a cowardly response in my opinion. Be straight up with your customer if you have an issue with no tip, the food and the service wasn’t to the level expected hence no tip. Pretty clear cut in my opinion and he would have got it straight if he didn’t hide behind the counter when I asked. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

No option to give no star hence given one star. They do not even deserve to give rating at all BIG NO ,NEVER GO Better choose street side they knownfar better wat is customer service Below is my experience They do not know the meaning of Customer service treat them like they are Donating Don't bother to even ask what you want We waited for the seat for almost more than an hour After an hour got seat waited for the meal for 30min Again if you want anything u call the staffs no one will bother to address you If you really feel to have good decent and proper meal and self respect i would recommend do not ever go here worst experience Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
