Went to attend a function which happened in two halls at the same level of Kove. Both the halls were neat , the second hall was used to serve food. The lunch meal was good. Service was very average as the boys were not trained well I suppose. White there were more than ten people seated with empty banana leaves on the table in front of them, the boys started serving food on leaves where there was no one seated to have it. Also they were a little clueless on what needs to be served first, which was surprising considering it is Annapoorna. In the lifts, they should also mark the floor number for the banquet halls.
