Food: Annam Restaurant truly impressed with its exceptional South Indian fare. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly their curd rice—beautifully creamy, light, and refreshing. The curd was perfectly balanced, not overly sour, making it a soothing and satisfying dish. Each side dish that accompanied the meal was meticulously prepared, and you can tell a lot of effort went into maintaining distinct flavors and freshness. The Paneer Butter Masala stood out; the paneer was incredibly soft, and the gravy was rich and flavorful without being too heavy. Apart from the curd rice, the lemon rice was also a standout—light, subtly spiced, and made with very little oil, which made it easy on the stomach yet full of flavor. The tomato rice, however, was the least impressive for me; it lacked the depth of flavor the other dishes had. Overall, it was a wholesome and satisfying experience with a focus on authentic flavors and clean cooking. Ambience: The ambience was clean, spacious, and gave off a fine-dining vibe. The decor was simple yet elegant, and the entire space was well-maintained and hygienic. It’s the kind of place that works both for a casual lunch and a relaxed family dinner. Customer Service: The service was exceptional. The staff, especially the person who attended our table, was very optimistic and welcoming. They took the time to explain the popular dishes and made thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences. Their positive energy really elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel warm and memorable.
