After a great experience at the Chennai branch, I walked in with high expectations, but this visit turned out to be a complete disaster from start to finish. The service was shockingly bad—slow and unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested and poorly trained. As for the food, it was a major letdown. completely lacking the flavors I enjoyed at the Chennai branch. It felt like no effort was put into preparation or presentation. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the time or money. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting the same quality as their other locations. Having fond remembrance we chose to have lunch on our milestone day, little anticipating the disastrous outcome. Unsure which was worse - quality of food or service. Certainly worse was the manager's belief that politeness will overcome these shortcomings. Decided to swiftly end the ordeal with a vow - never to patronize this place which is definitely going down the hill. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We were skeptical before going here because of the mixed reviews we read but we were craving for some vegetarian south indian food. And we didn't regret it one bit. We had the Kaveri thaali and it was unlimited, scrumptious but on the expensive side. No regrets for once in a while indulgence. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Sambar, Roti, Poori Masala, Curd Rice, Veg Biryani, South Indian Meals Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
