Yesterday I visited this restaurant and had a very bad experience. Worst taste and worst service ever. After seating us, they took the order after 15 minutes. Then it took around 40 minutes to serve the food. Even the crockery was in very bad condition. I ordered Desi Chicken and Tandoori Roti. After the roti, I asked for Jeera Rice, which never came. I waited for another 20 minutes and finally skipped my meal. I complained to the table manager, but instead of listening properly, he was not interested in resolving the issue. I request Anna Punjabi owner Mrs. Leena Pillay ji to please maintain your restaurant or else it is better to close it. I myself belong to the food industry, and I know what basic service standards are. Worst service, worst staff, worst taste. Very disappointing experience. Third class restaurant with idiot staffs....taken two time payment from their swipe machine...I told that payment done but they refuse..and now from last 6 days restaurant is not able to make my refund..they always say that staff hasn't come...and these restaurant doesn't have the system to check whether they have received the payment or not...still waiting for the refund let's see what happens
