I ordered food from Anna Idli through Zomato, and trust me the food came from some cheap South Indian roadside TAPARI, It was so pathetic. Later after doing my investigation, I came to know that there is no Anna Idli outlet in Hinjewadi, Infact Zomato has started their own satellite kitchen in Hinjewadi by the name of Anna Idli. I felt cheated. This is some scam & they are cheating with customers

Hi Rahul, This is managements response to you. Apologies for any such experience you had. Yes there is no Anna Idli outlet in Hinjewadi but Anna Idli operates through cloud kitchen.
