0/5 Extremely Disappointed – A Place to Avoid Visited Anna Idli for breakfast and had a terrible experience from start to finish. The air conditioning was not working despite the sweltering heat, and the staff was completely uncooperative and disinterested in customer service. The food was served cold — so cold that the butter on the dosa didn’t even melt. To make things worse, the “cold” beverages were served hot. It felt like the kitchen had no sense of quality or basic standards. Overall, it was a complete nightmare. Definitely not worth the visit, and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
