*1/5 Stars*I'm extremely disappointed with my recent online order from Anna Idli. The plain paper dosa and one out of two idlis were not up to the mark. The wada was bad, and the sambar was completely cold, which was unacceptable. When I visited the offline place, everything was hot and delicious. It's unfortunate that the online order didn't meet my expectations. Considering the subpar experience, I feel my money was wasted. Hence, I'm giving a rating of 0 stars for the online order. Hopefully, they'll improve their online service quality.
