Extremely disappointed and disturbed by the experience Yesterday around 6:15 PM, my colleague and I visited Anna Dosa Cafe near our office for a quick snack. We have been here before and had good experiences, especially with a kind lady staff member who was always welcoming. But yesterday’s incident with a male staff member named SAMEER was unacceptable and honestly quite disturbing. SAMEER took our order (1 uttappa, half upma, 1 medu vada, and 1 dal vada) and from the very beginning, he was extremely rude. Even though we repeated the order multiple times, he seemed irritated and still got it wrong by bringing us 2 uttappas. When we politely corrected him, he got visibly angry, started muttering loudly in Hindi, and began complaining to another waiter about us. His aggressive tone and gestures made it very clear he was speaking about us, which felt insulting and unnecessary. When I told him “Jo bolna hai zor se boliye,” he continued in the same angry tone and then walked into the kitchen, still speaking about us to the staff inside. This made us extremely uneasy. It is hard to feel safe eating food after seeing such aggression from the person who could be involved in preparing it. To make things worse, our medu vada and half upma took almost 50 minutes to arrive. Turns out, SAMEER had not even placed the rest of our order properly. We were sitting in the café for over an hour for a very basic meal, later to realize that order after so much me was not even placed. During this wait, we also witnessed another customer sitting right in front of us scolding SAMEER for messing up his order too. That gentleman clearly said in a frustrated tone, “Arey terko ghee uttappa lane bola tha,” which showed that we were not the only ones facing problems because of SAMEER’s careless and aggressive behavior. As two women customers, this kind of unprovoked anger and lack of accountability is unacceptable. It made us feel disrespected and unsafe. We sincerely request the cafe authorities to check the CCTV footage from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM to review how SAMEER handled our order and behaved with two female customers. This is not a small issue. It is about basic customer respect, hygiene, and safety. Very disappointed. After this, I honestly do not think I would ever want to visit again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other

One star for the staff ...very erogant and rude ..
Some time you fill they are misusing Power . As owner not inside ..he should meet customer personally.
Very bad ...we are from corporate daily meets and parties need to organise ..but due to stafd behaviour ..we dont want anna dosa venue
