If you want to try Turkish dishes, take your chance and visit this restaurant. It's worth coming to Ankara for nicely cooked mushroom pizza, spiced kebabs and moroccan lamb. Eating tasty Turkish delight and good baklava is a nice experience here. Delicious tea, coffee or bread drink are among the most popular drinks at this place.

Terrible experience. We ordered three different veg mezze, all of them were covered with bold mayonnaise sauce that killed the taste of the dish. The spinach fatayer was frozen inside and hot only on the outside, which implies it was taken from the freezer and not freshly made. The stuffed wine leaves tasted terrible, especially with that sauce, and didn’t feel fresh. The cigar borak was ok, but again, that aggressive sauce killed it. They did not accept credit card nor UPI for restaurant account which felt somewhat fishy. Later I had bad stomach and heartburn…. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely loved my experience at Ankara Restaurant! The ambiance is cozy and inviting — perfect for a relaxed dining experience. The staff was warm, attentive, and made great recommendations. Coming to the food — every dish was bursting with flavor! I tried their signature kebabs, soft and juicy with just the right amount of char. The dips and bread were freshly made and paired beautifully with the mains. And don’t even get me started on the dessert — rich, perfectly sweet, and so satisfying. If you enjoy hearty, spice-rich meals that are packed with authenticity, Ankara is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!
