I asked to cook with seeraga samba rice but you guys didn't follow it , I saved the instructions , it was totally disappoint for us because we don't anything that cooked by basmati rice we don't like the taste as well

Order was delayed by one hour and 15 mins just to prepare the meal. delivery time is etc., Such a big restaurant but not good in time management. if they took one hour and 15 mins it should be clearly shown in the app. I want food urgently for my diabetic parents. I have choosed the restaurant on the basis of time. it was just showing 30 mins including delivery. but actual time took was 90 mins. They are clearly cheating the customer by showing less time and grabbing the order but not delivering on time.
