Enjoy Great Mosque or Tlemcen by default, the clients' recommendation is to come to this restaurant as well. Indian and Mughlai cuisines are on the menu at Anjappar. You can have good biryani, fish and chicken at this place.
Food delivery is a big plus of this spot. Many visitors find the waitstaff courteous. Nice service is something that people don't like at this restaurant. Most of the time, the charming ambiance is to be found here.
Natty kozhi chicken is best part
Really a good experience
Thumps up ????
The Kothu Parottas were extremely good though a bit spicy and ditto for their Chicken Biriyani. The Mutton biriyani was better with the mutton cooked to perfection. The turkey was a big let down though due to the less amount of meat in it. I thought that turkeys have quite a lot of flesh in them but I think that the one served to us was put on a very strict diet and was just bones.
I decided to order just that for dinner from Anjappar when I received disappointing news that they were out and only had Turkey Roast.
As I had made up my mind that I was going to get my Turkey dinner at all costs decided to order just that ,of course along with some supplements.
Went with my all time favourite Mutton Kothu Parotta ,Chicken and Mutton Briyani.
The dishes were all neatly packed with the Onion raita and non veg gravy .
The normally delicious Kothu Parotta was extremely salty and a major disappointment.
The eagerly anticipated Turkey Roast was 4 pieces of tough and stringy meat fried in a south Indian Masala.
Try as much as I could ,hardly got a few strands of meat out of my piece.
The Briyani was the saving grace.
It was salted right and quite flavourful.
Overall a slightly disappointing Christmas meal!
