I was an absolute fan of Anjali's snacks and had started ordering it since April 2024 whenever I was in Kollam. The menu was limited but the samosas were to die for. So crispy on the outside, good and juicy filling and most importantly, not at all oily. Recommended to so many people and they've also been a fan. But recently, the quality has dropped down drastically, with the box itself being so drenched in oil and the filling not being up to the mark. My cousin recently said the items are no longer like they used to be and I wasn't ready to accept it. I kept ordering, but it was a hit and miss. The brownies were great (ordered just once), but the samosas and cutlets were sometimes just okay and at other times a complete miss. I ordered again today- samosas and cutlets. And I am deeply disappointed. Knowing what they are capable of, this is a huge let down. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 3
