Disappointing Experience at Angaraa I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Angaraa. Unfortunately, the restaurant failed to meet my expectations in terms of both service and food quality. *Unfulfilled Requirements* I had specifically requested prepare the dish Simple and plain but when I received the order, it seemed that good was to spicy not even eatable. The food was a letdown as well. I ordered the [kadai paneer], which was not only overpriced & less quantity but also lacked flavor and freshness. The ingredients used were clearly subpar, and the presentation was unappetizing. The service was slow and inattentive. Our server seemed overwhelmed, and it took an inordinate amount of time to get the check. Rating: 1/5 Overall, my experience at [Angaraa] was disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others. With so many excellent dining options available, it's clear that this restaurant needs to step up its game. Suggestions for Improvement 1. Improve communication : Ensure that staff are aware of special requests and can accommodate them. 2. Upgrade food quality : Use fresh, high-quality ingredients to elevate the dining experience. 3. Enhance service : Provide attentive, prompt service to ensure a positive experience for customers. I hope the management takes these suggestions seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for their customers.
