Very bad experience. The food quality was extremely poor. We packed the food and when we opened it after about an hour, a stale smell was coming from it. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend dining here. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I had a really nice time dining at Angaara Restaurant Ooty. The food was amazing and reasonably priced, making it a great choice for both locals and visitors. The menu has strong North Indian influences, and you can tell the staff preparing and serving the food seem experienced with those flavors. I tried the chicken biryani, and it was so good that I ordered the same dish again the next day!. I also loved their khusmaini kheer — it was incredibly tasty and one of the best desserts I’ve tried in Ooty. The overall service is good, with polite and helpful staff, and the atmosphere is cozy, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The only downside I experienced was that there isn’t a dedicated parking space for vehicles, so you’ll need to find parking nearby, which can be a little inconvenient at busy times. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for tasty food and a pleasant dining experience in Ooty!
