If you are tired of generic, commercial pizza chains, Andy's Pizza Corner is a breath of fresh air. It’s a true "one-man army" operation, and that dedication shines through in the final product. The Crust: A Masterclass in Sourdough The standout feature here is undoubtedly the sourdough starter. Unlike the heavy, yeast-forward doughs you find elsewhere, this crust is airy, complex, and has that signature tang that only comes from slow fermentation. I ordered the Thick Pan Pizza Crust, and it managed to be perfectly crisp on the outside while remaining light and chewy on the inside. The Flavors: Green Comb vs. Spicy CC The menu offers fantastic combinations. I tried: Green Comb 5 Cheese: This was the surprise winner of the night. The blend of cheeses was rich and creamy, balancing perfectly with the fresh green toppings. Spicy CC: Very tasty, though it lacked the "Hot kick" I was expecting. The ability to fully customize your toppings is a huge plus for those who are picky about their pies, though keep in mind that custom builds come with an additional cost. Constructive Feedback for the Andy While the food is top-tier, there are two small operational tweaks that would make this a 5-star experience: Level Up the Heat: For a "Spicy" sauce, I am looking for more bold, fiery notes. Don't be afraid to let the chili shine! Beverage Pricing & Stock: Charging above MRP on small packaged soft drinks is a bit of a deterrent. I would also suggest stocking 500ml bottles, the tiny ones aren't quite enough to wash down a great pan pizza. Final Verdict: Come for the sourdough, stay for the artisan Italian flavors. Andy is doing something special here, and with a few minor adjustments to the flavors and beverage side of things, this place will be unbeatable. Thank you so much for such a thoughtful, detailed review — it truly means a lot to a one-man operation like mine. I’m really glad you enjoyed the sourdough crust and that the Thick Pan struck the right balance between crispness and light chewiness. Happy to hear the Green Comb 5 Cheese with the signature Pesto sauce was a surprise favourite! Your feedback on the Spicy CC is well noted. While Italian cuisine is traditionally more subtle compared to Indian flavours, at Andy’s we intentionally keep heat levels on the lower side so the natural taste and quality of the ingredients really shine through. That said, taste preferences do vary, and feedback like yours helps me keep refining that balance. I also appreciate your honest inputs on beverage pricing and bottle sizes. Regarding the beverage pricing — just to explain transparently, it’s similar to how restaurants price packaged drinks to support premium ingredients, long fermentation, fresh buffalo milk cheeses made-to-order prep, etc. That said, your point about larger bottles makes sense, and I’ll try to have them stocked. Not to mention, running a small, independent setup comes with high fixed costs like electricity, refrigeration, air-conditioning, etc. which sometimes reflect in pricing decisions. That said, your feedback is valuable, and I’ll definitely review both pricing and stocking options to see where improvements can be made without compromising the experience. I’d also like to mention that I offer a pre-order facility for guests who call ahead. It helps me prepare everything fresh and have the food ready by the time they arrive at the table, especially during busy hours. This way, customers get better consistency, shorter waits, and a smoother dining experience overall. Thanks again for taking the time to share such a balanced review. Support like this keeps me motivated to keep improving and raising the bar. Hope to see you again soon!
