The biryani at this hotel was an absolute disgrace. The rice was dry, flavorless, and clumped together like it had been sitting out for hours. The meat was tough and overcooked, completely ruining any chance of saving this dish. The spices were a disaster—nothing remotely close to what a proper biryani should taste like. I couldn’t finish it, and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, ever. This was, without question, the worst biryani I’ve had in my life.

First off all sorry to write my bad experience from Andrea regency.I am the starting customer from 2021 March.That time we feel a good hospitality and professional staffs.we are enjoyed your ac bar and restaurant and some wedding also.We met good professional staff there, especially one manager ( we don't know the name, with coat smiling face).Last week we got a bad experience from your ac bar and restaurant.staff was so arragnts and rough attitude.its like we're slave.Food was so pathetic.we are not focusing price.The hotel was totally changed.Service is very average.We went restaurant around 9.30 pm, staffs look like very boaring.they just simply sitting and watching TV.no more interest to attend the customers.we are asked menu,the male staff shows, and told last order was 9.30 ,so we can't sit at restaurant.( feeling was like get out from restaurant).We are so surprised.
