½ (3.5/5). Visited AndeBaaz on Sinhagad Road, Pune, a place known for its wide variety of egg-based dishes. It was recommended by a friend especially for their Egg Mughlai and a few other signature items. We reached around 1–1:30 PM, but were told that since the place had just opened, those special dishes wouldn’t be available for lunch yet — it would take about an hour or more for them to be ready. That was a little disappointing, as we had specifically visited for those items. However, the owner personally suggested a few alternatives, and we decided to go with his recommendations. We tried their Chicken Egg Roll, which was delicious — well-balanced in flavor and cooked perfectly. The Chicken Egg Burger was the absolute winner — the taste was on point, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the buns were super fresh, soft, and fluffy. We also tried the Egg and Chicken Wrap, which had the right amount of spice and crunch, and it turned out really good. The Egg Fried Rice was decent — not the best I’ve had, but filling and satisfying enough. Overall, the food we tried was good in taste and quality, but the only letdown was the unavailability of their signature dishes during lunch hours. I’d suggest they start their kitchen a bit earlier or have their special items ready by the time they open — it would really enhance the customer experience. Other than that, it’s a nice place for egg lovers, and definitely worth a try if you’re around Sinhagad Road. Rating: 3.5/5. Loved the experience here — especially the variety in their egg menu! They serve everything from Egg Bhurji, Egg Sandwich, Egg Rolls and more. The Egg Chicken Bhurji and Kachhi Pakki Bhurji are must-try dishes! The seating area is spacious and comfortable. Would love to see wheat paav options added to the menu in the future as wheat bread. Overall, a great spot for egg lovers!
