I will not stayed for food. The curry was pathetic and very old gravy. I nicely tried to explain to staff so that they can improve. But instead, they kept insisting they are doing great, since they are fully booked. But restaurant was totally empty. And that may be because they serve very old food. Don’t stop here for lunch at all.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I had an absolutely horrible stay at Andaz Hotel, Himachal. The food was pathetic—the chicken was so tough it was impossible to chew. Clearly, they don’t care about quality. The worst part? There was a power cut the whole night! No inverter, no generator—just complete darkness. When we asked the manager, he shamelessly said, “We cannot do anything.” No effort, no solution, just excuses. The staff kept repeating, “It’s not in our hands,” like a broken record. This hotel is a joke. If you value your money, comfort, and basic hospitality, stay far away from this place. Rooms: 1 Location: 1 Hotel highlights: Quiet
